Welcome to Vacation Races Merchandise.

When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean Vacation Races. This store exists to bring event-driven gear and limited-run merchandise to our community—both on-site at races and online after events.

By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. ELIGIBILITY & USE

You must be at least the age of majority in your state to use this site or make a purchase.

You agree that all information you provide (shipping, billing, contact info) is accurate and complete. You’re responsible for your account and any activity under it.

2. PRODUCT EXPECTATIONS

We design and produce merchandise in connection with live outdoor events. Because of that:

  • Colors and print details may vary slightly from what you see on your screen

  • Some items may show minor variations due to production methods

  • Post-event inventory may include items exposed to outdoor conditions (dust, wind, etc.)

We do our best to represent products accurately, but we don’t guarantee exact visual matches.

3. LIMITED INVENTORY & EVENT-FIRST SALES

Most of our products are:

  • Produced in limited quantities

  • Prioritized for on-site event sales

  • Made available online only after the event (if inventory remains)

This means:

  • Items may sell out quickly

  • Restocks are not guaranteed

  • Some sizes or styles may not return

4. ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or decline any order

  • Limit quantities

  • Cancel orders due to inventory or pricing errors

Once an order is placed, we are not able to guarantee cancellations or changes, especially during peak event season.

5. PRICING & PROMOTIONS

  • Prices may change at any time without notice

  • Online pricing may differ from on-site event pricing

  • Promotions (discount codes, post-race sales, etc.) may have specific exclusions (e.g., Ship My Medal, Drop Bag, gift cards, select brands)

Taxes, shipping, and duties are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship from a fast-moving, event-based operation.

  • Shipping timelines are estimates—not guarantees, we try our best to fulfill all orders within 5 business days after the purchase is made

  • Delays may occur due to events, weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods

  • Once your order is handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages

International orders:
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.

7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Key things to know:

  • Not all items are eligible for return (especially limited-run or event-specific items)

  • We cannot guarantee exchanges due to limited inventory

  • Items must be unused and in original condition unless otherwise stated

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, artwork, branding, and content—including our race graphics and “shield” designs—belong to Vacation Races or our partners.

You may not reproduce, modify, or use them for commercial purposes without permission.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES (SHOPIFY)

Our store is powered by Shopify, but all purchases are made directly with Vacation Races.

Shopify is not responsible for:

  • Orders

  • Products

  • Shipping issues

  • Refunds or disputes

10. FEEDBACK & USER CONTENT

If you send us feedback, reviews, or ideas, you’re giving us permission to use them (including for marketing).

You agree not to submit anything unlawful, misleading, or infringing on others’ rights.

11. ERRORS & UPDATES

Sometimes things break. Sometimes numbers are wrong.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct errors in pricing, inventory, or descriptions

  • Cancel or adjust orders affected by those errors

12. PROHIBITED USE

Don’t:

  • Use the site for anything illegal

  • Attempt to scrape, copy, or exploit content

  • Interfere with site functionality

We can suspend or terminate access if needed.

13. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if these Terms are violated.

14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Everything is provided “as is.”

We don’t guarantee:

  • uninterrupted service

  • perfect accuracy

  • or that products will meet every expectation

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vacation Races is not liable for:

  • indirect or incidental damages

  • lost packages after carrier handoff

  • delays outside our control

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Vacation Races is headquartered.

17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept those changes.
